Born and raised in Regina, John Grant has a deep appreciation for the Regina community. At the start of his career in the 90’s, John worked in IT and later earned his Bachelor of Business from the University of Regina. He then joined the family business at Campbell & Haliburton Group in 2003.  Campbell & Haliburton Group is a locally-owned family enterprise. As President, John has been involved in growing and diversifying their base. He is responsible for overseeing the insurance, property management, construction, and partnership divisions. Luckily, as a father of twins plus one, he has experience with effectively managing more than double the workload!

Campbell & Haliburton Group has enjoyed over sixty years of success by maintaining their standing as an expert in insurance. CH Group has also expanded their property management division to thirteen multi-family residential buildings, are co-owners of three mixed-use properties, and own several condominiums. In addition to the residential portfolio, CH Group owns and operates 24,000 square feet of well-located office and retail space, alongside 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.  This property portfolio is worth more than $60 million and growing.

In addition to hard work, John believes in respecting diversity, treating people with dignity, and being kind. He is especially proud of the company’s community involvement, as some of his favourite moments are building relationships with people and organizations here in Regina.

As President of Artemis Homes, his primary role is helping to guide the company’s direction and strategy. John also ensures that Artemis is well-capitalized and maintains a strong cash flow for the future. Therefore, John is super excited to be a part of Artemis Homes Ltd.
